Snapshot

MPC Kinetic engaged Australian Payroll Advisory (APA) to review and optimise their payroll processes, providing recommendations aimed at mitigating risks. As a prominent pipeline and energy construction company in Australia, MPC Kinetic is renowned for delivering innovative solutions across the energy, water, and mining sectors, successfully executing large-scale projects both domestically and internationally.

Challenge

MPC Kinetic CEO Adam Mahon contacted Australia Payroll Advisory after noticing inefficiencies in the payroll function, worsened by acquiring multiple companies with different methods. As MPC Kinetic expanded, their financial management system became insufficient. They chose APA due to its independence and payroll specialisation. The sales process was straightforward, with a prompt proposal for review.
